TOMBSTONE, ARIZONA ON ST. PATRICK’S DAY 2015

Tombstone, Arizona in Cochise County was a silver mining town in 1877-1880. Silver brought in the gunslinger cowboys, saloons, brothels, and gambling. The outlaw cowboys stole the cattle until the Earp brothers, Virgil, Wyatt, Morgan and Warren came to town. The Gunfight at OK Corral was a real event in Tombstone.

The weekend we were there, the town was having a Pioneer St. Patrick Day parade event. The huge population of 500 dressed up in green colored cowboy, miners, pioneers, ladies of the trade clothing. A strange event in a strange ghost town.
